Verity and Tom | Chelsea Old Town Hall and Kettner's Soho | London

Love this London wedding! I was so pleased to be Verity and Tom's wedding photographer at Kettners in Soho. Verity got ready at home in Clapham, having popped down to the local farmers' market to buy her flowers beforehand! A beautiful vintage Bentley took her and her dad to Chelsea Old Town Hall and I followed with mum and the bridesmaids in a black cab.

As a documentary wedding photographer, I am always looking to capture the real emotions of the day and there was a fleeting moment of tears from the bride as she arrived, but then it was all smiles for the short ceremony. After confetti on the steps it was my turn for a ride in the Bentley as we nipped across the bridge to Battersea Park for some photographs. Then on to Soho for a few more photos, just catching the evening light in Soho Square before going on to join the reception at Kettners. Such a perfect setting for a very relaxed evening of celebration with great food (of course), plenty to drink and a lot of dancing!

From Verity:

They are gorgeous thanks so much! I laughed and laughed looking through them, it seems like you caught every single one of our guests in a revealing 'personality' moment! Very funny.

We are blown away by that picture you used as the gallery cover. It is absolutely great. The series of shots in Soho Square contains some real standout images too. I definitely intend to order an album!

Thanks so much for being part of the day and for capturing it for us so beautifully!
